Web apps

The tool your business actually needs.

When spreadsheets stop coping and off-the-shelf software almost fits but not quite, a custom web app solves the problem properly — built around your process instead of forcing you into someone else’s.

What I build

Everything you need, nothing you don't.

Custom dashboards

The numbers that actually matter to you, in one place, updating live — instead of three spreadsheets and a monthly export.

Asset management

Track equipment, assignments, servicing and availability across sites, with a full history behind every item.

Service desks

Tickets, SLAs, assignment and automatic email or SMS updates, so nothing quietly falls through.

Marketplaces

Multi-user platforms with listings, search, messaging and payments between buyers and sellers.

Automation

The repetitive admin that eats your week — reports, reminders, data entry — handled by the system instead.

Integrations

Connected to the tools you already use, so data flows instead of being rekeyed.

How it works

Simple, and no surprises.

Understand the problem

I learn how you work now, where it breaks, and what the tool genuinely has to do.

Scope & fixed quote

A written spec and a fixed price, phased so you can start with what matters most.

Build in the open

You see working software early and often, and steer it while it is still cheap to change.

Launch & iterate

Go live, then keep improving it as you learn what your team actually uses.

Questions, answered

Web apps, explained.

How much does a custom web app cost?
From £5,000, though it depends entirely on scope. Simple internal tools sit near the bottom; multi-user platforms with payments cost more. You get a fixed quote before anything starts.
How long does it take?
A focused first version usually takes four to eight weeks. Larger systems get phased so you have something working sooner rather than waiting months.
Can it replace our spreadsheets?
That is one of the most common reasons people come to me. I can import your existing data so you start with everything already in place.
Who owns the code?
You do, entirely. The code, the data and the hosting are yours, and you are never locked into me to maintain it.
